Shelley Heckenkemper

Ms. Heckenkemper is Vice President of Human Capital at Argonaut, having joined the firm in February 2016 as Human Resources Director and Recruiter. With over 15 years of human capital management, she specializes in recruiting, organizational strategy, and employee retention. She holds a SHRM-CP certification and a specialty credential, HR Department of One. At Argonaut, Ms. Heckenkemper partners with portfolio companies to attract top talent, develop key roles, and guide strategic human resource decisions. Before transitioning to human resources, she spent a decade in the oil and gas industry and began her career in the retail sector as a clothing buyer. A Tulsa native, Ms. Heckenkemper is actively involved in the community. She is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, a board member of the Tulsa Zoo, the current Treasurer and past President of the Bishop Kelley Parent-Teacher Organization, a former Vice President of the RISE Advisory Board at Marquette School and served as a previous board member of the Eastern Oklahoma chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
