Argonaut partnered with the Joyce family, who had owned and operated Otis since 1981.
After investing in Otis Eastern in 2014, Argonaut worked alongside the Joyce family to build the corporate infrastructure the Company needed to capitalize on its growth potential and further establish itself as an industry leader. The team implemented substantial ERP and fleet management systems upgrades, and rebuilt the back-office billing and payroll functions. Additionally, Argonaut mentored and promoted the company’s third-generation Joyce family member into the role of President and CEO, succeeding his father and grandfather. Argonaut’s collaborative mindset towards operational initiatives led the Company to achieve record levels of profitability after partnering together.
In 2020, Otis Eastern was acquired by Artera Services, an industry-leading provider of integrated infrastructure services to natural gas and electric industries.
