Based in Tulsa, OK, MIRATECH has a comprehensive customer offering that includes catalysts, housings, silencers, monitoring systems and related services that address and reduce engine exhaust pollutants such as NOx, CO, VOC, diesel particulate, HAPs, and noise. The Company services small and large horsepower engines in the power generation, gas compression, industrial, OEM, and gas turbine end markets with operations in North America and Europe.

Argonaut pre-empted an auction sale process based on a long-standing relationship with management and provided speed and certainty of close to the previous owner.

Since investing in the Company in 2017, Argonaut has provided MIRATECH with the financial and human capital resources to accelerate its growth. This included adding to the executive management team with new hires across several functions to expand the organizational capabilities. Additionally, with Argonaut’s guidance, MIRATECH completed two add-on acquisitions to vertically integrate the Company’s catalyst supply chain and expand its presence in Europe.
